January 4 - partial solar eclipse.

Simulation of one of the most beautiful eclipse, the 2011, January 4 partial solar eclipse.At 41° 28' N and 12° 53' E observing point (Latina Italy, where I live), the solar disk darkening will be approximately of 70%.The Sun and Moon rise to 120° (ESE).The Moon starts to cover the Sun around 8:00 am, reaching the maximum coverage at 9:15 am and leaving the solar disk around 10.30 am.The Sun and Moon set to 240° (WSW) around 5.00 pm.The simulation carried on with Stellarium 0.10.5 resumes the most significative phases of 2011, January 4 Sun eclipse as we'll actually see it.
